Fits by a Master Mechanic who teaches yoga and raced triathlon. Free adjustment sessions for a year after.

A bike fit is a conversation between your body and your bike, and Austin has spent his life learning both sides of it.
The body side: Austin is a 200-hour certified Vinyasa yoga teacher. This matters in a fit because bike position issues are usually equal parts bike setup and flexibility / mobility. A fitter who can read hamstrings, hips, and breathing does not just move your saddle to where your body currently bends; he can tell which limits are permanent, which are trainable, and set the bike for the rider you are now with room for the rider you are becoming.
The racing side: Austin raced bikes, triathlons, and marathons for years, and he has fit Kona Ironman competitors, multi-day endurance racers, professional racers and more. Triathlon is where aero position and the human body negotiate hardest: hours in the bars, after which you still have to run. If you need a TT or triathlon fit, Austin offers that specifically and confidently.
The method side: Austin has performed over 1000 bike fits, and has been fitting riders since before digital systems existed. He has studied everything, from the Italian CONI methods of the 1970s through the Bike Fit Kit era, the Lemond formulas, and today's Retul systems. He fits with simple tools, a trained eye, and a lot of questions. His fit for you will be more accurate than a Retul fit will be, and he has data to back that up (feel free to ask!).
A session runs 45 to 90 minutes depending on the rider: your flexibility, your history, your bike, and what hurts all set the pace. You leave with as close to a perfect fit as one session can honestly produce.
And because bodies change, especially once a rider starts working on flexibility, follow-up fit adjustment sessions are free for a full year after your fit. The fit is $150, adjustments included for the year. It pairs with a tune-up or a new-bike assembly for $250 total. All fully custom bikes come with a free fit which is guaranteed (comes with free fit adjustments) for life.
